Age Groups & Eligibility

• MRS. OREGON USA: 22+ years (Married)
• MISS OREGON USA: 18 – 26 years (Unmarried)
• MR. OREGON USA: 18+ years
• MS. OREGON USA: 22+ years (Divorced/Widowed)
• TEEN OREGON USA (Girls): 13 – 17 years
• YOUNG MR. OREGON USA (Boys): 13 – 17 years
• Pre-Teen OREGON USA: 9 – 12 years
• Kids OREGON USA: 4 – 8 years

Nationality/Residency:
Applicants must have valid U.S. immigration status (citizen, permanent resident, or legal visa holder) and must reside in the United States.
Bharat Icon USA celebrates diversity and is proudly open to individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, and communities.
All gender identities and cultural heritages are welcome to participate.

Gender Identity:
For Miss and Mrs. categories, contestants must be naturally born, genetic females.
For Mr. categories, contestants must be naturally born, genetic males.

Marital Status

• Mrs. Category: Married
• Ms. Category: Widowed, Divorced
• Miss Category: Single and never married

Health & Wellness:
All contestants must be in good physical and mental health and capable of fulfilling the responsibilities of a national titleholder.

General Regulations

Title Commitment:
If selected as a national titleholder, the contestant agrees to serve the full term until a successor is crowned or appointed.

Eligibility Determination:
Bharat Icon USA reserves the right to determine all matters regarding eligibility and disqualification. Contestants agree to respect and abide by the organization’s decisions.

Crown & Sash Policy:
All crowns and sashes remain the property of Bharat Icon USA. If a contestant defaults on their contract, all prizes, including crown and sash, must be returned in original condition.

Moral Conduct:
Contestants and their spouses (if applicable) must be of good moral character. Any involvement in illegal activity, substance abuse, felony convictions, or actions bringing disrepute to the pageant may result in immediate disqualification.

Titleholder Expectations

1. Public Appearances: All appearances, interviews, sponsorships, or public representations as a titleholder must be pre-approved by Bharat Icon USA.
2. Exclusivity Clause: During their reign, titleholders must prioritize Bharat Icon USA as their primary pageant commitment and refrain from promoting other pageant systems or accepting other titles.
3. Media and Promotion: Contestants agree not to use their title to endorse or promote any job, brand, product, service, or event without prior written approval.
4. Professional Conduct: Any form of misconduct, misrepresentation, or negative behavior toward the organization or other contestants may lead to disqualification without appeal.
5. Representation and Rights: Contestants release Bharat Icon USA and its affiliates from any claims arising from their participation, including use of name, image, likeness, voice, and biography for promotional purposes.
6. No Prior Commitments: Contestants must not be under any existing pageant-related contracts or agreements that conflict with their responsibilities at Bharat Icon USA.
7. Agents & Representation: Titleholders may not enter into any agreement with agents, managers, publicists, or business representatives in relation to their title without written permission.

Final Declaration

By applying to and participating in Bharat Icon USA, the contestant agrees to all terms listed above. The organization reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations at its discretion for the integrity and fairness of the pageant.
