Bharat Icon USA - Age Eligibility Criteria
At Bharat Icon USA, we celebrate confidence, purpose, and individuality across every stage of life. Contestants must meet the following age requirements:
All Ages: Age Categories
- Mrs. Oregon USA: 22 - 55 years
- Mr. & Miss Oregon USA: 18 years and above
- Miss Teen Oregon USA: 14 - 17 years
- Kids Princess/Prince Oregon USA: 4 - 8 years
Each category is thoughtfully designed to empower participants with the opportunity to grow in confidence, express their unique identity, and shine on stage with grace and purpose.
1. Citizenship and Residency
- All contestants must be citizens or legal residents of the United States and must have valid legal immigration status at the time of application and throughout the duration of the pageant.
2. Gender Requirements
- Contestants must be a naturally born, genetic female for Miss and Mrs. and genetic male for MR, JR.
3. Marital Status
- Contestant can be divorced, widowed, married for Mrs & single for miss
4. Health and Physical Requirements
- Contestant is in good health physically and mentally and is able to perform the professional responsibilities of a National Title holder.
5. Title Obligations
- If selected as a National Titleholder, I will continue to hold said title granted until my successor is selected or appointed.
6. Eligibility Determination
- Applicant understands and agrees that Mrs / Miss /Teen & Kids Bharat Icon USA Pageant shall determine all issues as to eligibility to compete in the national pageant.
7. Applicant Agreement
- Contestants must agree to abide by the determination both as to themselves and other applicants.
8. Crown and Sash Property
- Crowns and sashes remain the property of the Mrs / Miss Bharat Icon Beauty Queen Pageant. Any Contestant that defaults on her contract must return all prizes, crown and sash to the national office in the condition in which it was received.
9. Good Character Requirements
- Applicant is of good moral character, and has not, nor her husband, has not engage in any activities which, if disclosed to the public, would bring herself, the Mrs / Miss / Mr bharat Icon USA Beauty Pageant, Kids / Teen bharat Icon Pageant employees, directors, agents, volunteers, staff, sponsors, or related companies into disrepute, ridicule, or contempt including but not limited to, any type of use of illegal drugs, any other illegal behaviour or activity, any felony conviction, probation or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.
10. Appearance Approval
- Titleholder agrees that Mrs / Miss /Mr Bharat Icon Beauty Pageant will be informed of and approve all appearances.
11. Agreement Terms
- I understand and agree that I will not enter into any agreement employing any agent, representative, or manager to promote me without prior written approval of the Mrs / Miss Bharat Icon Beauty Queen Pageant National Director.
12. Misconduct and Misrepresentation
- Contestant understands and agrees that any misconduct, negative innuendoes or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants, through any form, be it oral, written and/or by actions, will be grounds for disqualification, without question. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
13. Release of Claims
- Contestant must be willing to release, unconditionally and forever, any claim against Mrs / Miss / Mr / Teen/Princess Bharat Icon Beauty Pageant its parent and affiliated or related companies and their respective officers, sponsors, directors, partners, volunteers, employees, agents and assigns, which they may have by virtue of their participation in the national pageant, or by any use of their name, likeness, voice, and/or biography in connection with the national pageant, including use in promotional and advertising material.
14. Title & Contract Declaration
- The contestant affirms that she is not currently bound by any written or verbal agreement with any individual or entity including, but not limited to, a firm, business, public relations agency, publicist, charity, or corporation regarding any title she presently holds or may hold.
- The contestant further confirms that she has not made any future commitments related to such titles.
15. Commitment & Exclusivity
- During their reign, all Titleholders agree to remain loyal to the Mrs., Miss, Mr., Teen, and Kids Bharat Icon USA Pageant and to dedicate their time, energy, and efforts exclusively to their title.
- Titleholders acknowledge that this is their primary pageant-related commitment and agree not to promote, represent, or associate verbally, in writing, or on any social media platforms with any other pageant titles or pageant systems during their reign.
16. Agreement on Representation
- I understand and agree that I will not enter into any agreement with any individual or entity including, but not limited to, an agent, personal manager, publicist, attorney, or business manager in connection with my activities as a Titleholder or National Titleholder, without prior approval from the organization.
17. Title Usage & Endorsement Policy – Bharat Icon USA
- Titleholders of Mrs., Miss, Mr., Teen, and Kids Bharat Icon USA are honored representatives of the organization and are expected to uphold its values with integrity and professionalism.
- Titleholders may not use their title to endorse, promote, or solicit any business, product, service, or company in any form including, but not limited to, social media, digital platforms, video, audio, events, seminars, or personal communications without prior written consent from Bharat Icon USA.
- Any collaboration, appearance, or promotional activity associated with the title must be approved in advance to ensure alignment with the mission, image, and standards of the organization.
- Failure to comply with this policy may result in revocation of title and privileges.
